Bought the Zak design cup really liking the design and wanting to support a company that uses recycled materials. The cup broke within 2 weeks of buying it, no one dropped it or was unusually rough with it. Disappointed, I wrote an email to the company hoping to hear from them and never got a response. At least, with an apology, I would consider buying their products again, but with no response...I will not be buying anything from the company again.
