During the production cycle the layers of paper are gradually bonded with each other to create solid, durable sheets. The new Epicurean Kitchen Series line of Utensils boast the same features as our cutting surfaces; nonporous wood based material that will not harbor bacteria, heat resistant to 350°F / 176°C, and of course, dishwasher safe. Offered in colors to match your existing cutting surfaces and in traditional utensil designs, the Epicurean Kitchen Series line of Utensils are a great addition to your cooking experience!
